How do I return an item?

The return of an article must be made by mail.

Resend the article to: Im Unterzelg 68 CH-8965 Berikon

The article must present the corresponding receipt and must be accompanied by the duly completed return form.

Items must be in their original condition.

Flipcard.ch will only support the return cost in case of item defect or incorrect sent.

Flipcard.ch is not responsible in case of loss.

What can not be returned / exchanged?

Items on sale can not be returned / exchanged.

 

How long do I have to return an item?

All returns must be made within 1 month of the e-mail confirming shipment.

 

How will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.

What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?

If the refund amount is incorrect please contact our costumer service by sending an email to martina.klar@flipcard.ch and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible.

 

Flipcard.ch reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
